Born and raised in San Antonio, Meredith Defrees, PA-C, is passionate about the mission and vision of CHRISTUS Children's. She is part of the Pediatric Endocrinology clinic team. She joined the CHRISTUS team in 2013 after completing her training as a physician assistant at UT Health San Antonio. Meredith and her husband are raising their five children in midtown San Antonio. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and pursuing a healthy lifestyle.
