Welcome to the CHRISTUS Health and Texas A&M University Naresh K. Vashisht College of Medicine Emergency Medicine Residency in Corpus Christi, Texas! We invite you to explore what our program has to offer, including exceptional learning opportunities, diverse faculty, and innovative curriculum.
We are pleased to offer medical students a four-week Emergency Medicine rotation. Students have the opportunity to participate in direct patient care, simulation training, morning reports, weekly resident conferences, and a ride out with the Corpus Christi Fire Department EMS and optionally participate in local SWAT team training exercises.
Our unique curriculum is designed to foster the development of both clinical excellence and technical skills, so our graduating doctors may practice effectively in any emergency department and assume leadership roles throughout the emergency medicine community.
